I have been managing low energy since childhood. Long before burnout became a conversation, I was already learning, out of necessity, how to build a life around what my body could actually sustain, not the other way around.
Over a decade of deep personal work, I studied the nervous system, energy rhythms, and what it actually takes to do creative work long-term. I turned everything I learned into practical systems, first for myself, then for the 35,000+ creators and entrepreneurs I have worked with on InsightTimer.
