These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of digital products and services offered by Solange Kiéma (Entreprise Individuelle, SIRET 440 757 755 000 44), operating at solangekiema.com.
By purchasing any product or service from this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Solange Kiéma offers the following digital products:
Price: €99 (promotional pricing may apply from time to time)
Format: Self-paced online course. One-time payment. No subscription.
Access: Upon successful payment via Stripe, you will receive an invitation by email to create your account and access the course. Access is personal and non-transferable.
Price: €1,500 (standard) / €1,200 (webinar promotional price)
Format: Cohort programme combining live sessions and self-paced content. One-time payment. No subscription.
Process: After an introductory conversation, Solange Kiéma will send you an individual invoice. Payment is made via Stripe. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation and the calendar of live events. The programme begins on the announced cohort start date.
Cohort start date: Communicated in advance to registered participants. Live sessions are scheduled and provided to participants before the programme begins. All other content is asynchronous and accessible at your own pace.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Solange Kiéma does not store any payment card information. Prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of any applicable taxes. VAT is not applicable as per Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. No payment plans are currently offered unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Under European consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase for digital products, unless you have expressly waived this right by requesting immediate access to the content.
For the self-paced course: because access is granted immediately upon purchase, by completing your purchase you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal as provided under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
For the cohort programme: you may request a full refund up to 14 days after payment, provided the cohort has not yet begun. Once the cohort has started, no refund will be issued.
To request a refund where applicable, please contact contact@solangekiema.com within the relevant period.
Access to purchased content is strictly personal. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or make available to any third party any content you have purchased, in whole or in part.
Solange Kiéma reserves the right to revoke access without refund in the event of a breach of these terms.
Course and programme content may be updated, improved, or supplemented at any time. Solange Kiéma does not guarantee that any specific content will remain available indefinitely, but will make reasonable efforts to maintain access for a period of at least two years from the date of purchase.
All content included in the course and programme — including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, frameworks including the 6 Types of Rest framework, the 6 Energy Tank Model, and the Energy Rhythm Map — is the exclusive intellectual property of Solange Kiéma.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own personal development only. No commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably. If no resolution is reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent French courts.
